BOOKING TERMS
20€ per stay have been added to all the prices for cleaning and tiding the apartments.
Minimum stay: 2 nights at weekends in high and medium seasons. One night stay, please ask for information.
Children under 2 years are free of charge. A cot is available at your request with no cost.
20% off per child under 12 years accompanied by a paying adult in low season.
Animals not permitted.
Cheking out time: 12:00 h am. In case you need to leave any later, please don’t hesitate to ask.

PAYMENT TERMS
30% of the total price must be paid when booking by bank transfer, deposit in account 2100 2117 24 0200475944 (LA CAIXA savings bank), or POS terminal.
You can check in any time from 14:00 am. Before 8:00 h pm the 70% left can be paid in cash or with credit card. Should you arrive later, that money must be paid before getting in. Once the receipt has been issued you will received a password with directions that will allow you to have access to your apartment in Patio de Viana.

CANCELLATION TERMS
If your reservation is cancelled less than a month in advance the money will not be refunded. Should you cancel some of the booked days, when checking in or during your stay, the money will not be refunded.

LONG STAYS
AQUAVETUS S.L. has two 2 bedrooms flats with a capacity of 6 people each for long stays. If you are interested please don’t hesitate to ask.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL
When booking you can get a sanck which consists of beer or soft drinks, crisps, cold meat & cheese tapas, and seasonal fruit which you can find when you arrive. Cost: 12€ per person.
Some other groceries for your first breakfast are at your disposal, such as tea, coffee (instant or ground), milk, sliced bread with butter or olive oil, biscuits and juice or fruit. Cost: 4€ per person.
For any other special treat please ask our staff. We’ll do our best to please you.

CHECKING IN:
Please be informed that according to the regulations about registry and checking in, -“Orden February the 14^th “, and hotels in Andalucía region,- “Decreto 47/2004 Fbruary the 10^th the following is stated:

It is an essential requirement, that in order for guests to be able to use the apartments, they must check in first. A valid identification document will be presented, declaring how many people are staying.

Also, every person older than 16 must check in.

All information in the registration book will be disclosed to Police Department.

In addition, we inform you that under personal data protection law “Ley Orgánica 15/1999 December the 13^th, every piece of information will be included in the Company data base. All those data will be used exclusively for the purpose they were first given. The interested party acknowledges and accepts that those data are revealed to third parties to serve to this agreement. Moreover he accepts receiving commercial information from the Company. Any other use of those personal data will require the previous and expressed consent from the interested party. He will be able to exercise his right to rectify, cancel, modify or not allowing to use his personal data towards the company.
